KalkuloSport provides a sports analytics and prediction platform that uses mathematical models (including Poisson distribution, Dixon-Coles correction, and Elo rating systems) to generate statistical probability estimates for sports match outcomes. The Service covers soccer, American football, rugby, basketball, and other sports.

3. Prediction Disclaimer — Important

ALL PREDICTIONS PROVIDED BY KALKULOSPORT ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.

KalkuloSport does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any prediction, probability estimate, or statistical output. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable, and no mathematical model can guarantee correct results.

KalkuloSport is not a gambling service and does not facilitate, encourage, or endorse gambling or wagering of any kind. Users are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by the Service. KalkuloSport expressly disclaims all liability for any financial losses, damages, or consequences arising from reliance on its predictions.

4. Subscription and Free Trial

7-Day Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all premium features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, access to premium features will be restricted unless you subscribe.

Monthly Subscription: The subscription fee is $29.99 USD per month, billed monthly. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion within 7 days of the initial subscription charge if you have not made significant use of the Service. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your account details. Refunds are not available for renewals after the first billing period.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, models, software, and materials on the Service are the exclusive property of KalkuloSport and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KALKULOSPORT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
